Meet Steve, your certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in functional fitness. The experience developed in a combination of home workouts, bodyweight and kettlebell training. With this experience, I have learned what works and what does not, what is needed to be done, and what is simply a waste of your time. Cutting out all the BS and keeping what is needed when it comes to you getting fitter, stronger, leaner, and healthier.
I do not see the point in having my clients spending hours in the gym, smashing out marathon cardio sessions, or following massively restricted diets when I do not do any of it myself. What I do is follow my proven method of staying fit and healthy. Home workouts using only my body weight, a kettlebell and a skipping rope. Coupled with a healthy balanced diet where I incorporate all my favourite foods, all of which we will work through together as we progress towards your goal
