Functional Training Scaled To Your Ability
FUNCfit30 are our small group training with all sessions being designed around functional fitness movements and 30 minutes in length.
With a maximum of 6 people per small group training session we are able to offer affordable and fun session while still being small enough to individually focus on each member, no hiding in the back corner!
HPF has over 31 session times available with 12 different session styles for variety and flexibility to how you want to train. Our session styles cover a massive range with circuits, HIIT, Tabata, Boxing, Weights, Strength, CrossFit styles and lots more, train how you want and when you want.
