Changes to help improve your experience at High Performance Fitness Enoggera What’s new at High Performance Fitness, well over the last two months the team have been planning a few little tweaks to improve you experience at the gym, rest assured that nothing major is changing.

WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO EXERCISE

You only have one body and it needs taking care of. It’s funny we all take care of the obvious such as our skin by applying sunscreen or our eyes by wearing sunglasses but few of us take care of the other major body parts and organs.

SINGLE ARM BARBELL ROW

The single arm barbell row target your Lats, rhomboids, erector spinae and lower lats. When executed correctly you should feel you muscles working like crazy. To perform this exercise, straddle the bar with your feet slightly beyond shoulder width.

High Performance Fitness has been training people in the Everton Park & Enoggera area since 2009, we have established ourselves as a professional and affordable training option in the local community and this has allowed us to continue our growth.

All of our sessions are flexible for any fitness, age or experience level and we will always tailor sessions to fit each member.

We will always support and encourage members to improve their training but we will NEVER force you to do something you are not comfortable doing.
