Joining a gym can be down right scary, will people stare at me, will I know what to do, will I be able to complete the workouts and the number one issue …TIME. These are some of the reason that stop people getting active, fit and healthy, BUT it’s doesn’t have to be.

To the rescue are Home HPF Workouts which are fun and effective especially if you’re new to exercise. Within the privacy of your own home, you can get stuck into a workout with anyone watching and best of all your whole family can join in so it’s a win for everyone. These workouts can be taken outside to the back yard, park, beach or hotel room if you travel.

Home workouts will help you lose weight, improve your fitness level and build confidence so you can transition into gym workouts with ease and when coupled with a healthy, balanced & flexible diet (which I can help you with) your overall health and fitness will improve.

With very little equipment which can all be purchased at any sports store cheaply, you can begin your body transformation.

General equipment needed (not much)

  • Resistance bands
  • Skipping Rope
  • Stop watch (can use your phone)

Now let’s get stuck into a workout so you can see how fun and challenging this can be.

Complete 3 sets of each exercise with 60 seconds of rest between sets before moving onto the next exercise.

  • Air squats – 20 reps
  • High Knees – 30 Sec
  • Alternating lunges with a twist – 20 reps
  • Banded deadlifts – 20 reps (can substitute bands for 2L milk bottles full of water)
  • Lateral raise with band – 20 reps (can substitute bands for anything with a little weight you have handy)
  • Push ups – 20 reps
  • Glute bridge – 20 reps
  • Plank – 30 sec (increase the time if able)
